Mrs. Edelman is the kitchen manager at Sabetha High. She is from Table Rock, Nebraska. Previously she worked at A.C. Nielson in Lincoln, Nebraska, and also at Dr. Todd, D.V.M in Sabetha.

Mrs. Edelman married Duey, and they have one son: Graham, one daughter: Megan who is married to Jeremy and they have two daughters: Finley and Lily.

Mrs. Edelman enjoys sewing, playing with her granddaughters, and watching Nebraska sports.
