Kourtnay Goodman - Nest Support Staff
Kourtnay Goodman has been with the district since 2024 and serves as the Nest Support Staff in the elementary school’s student support/regulation room. In her role, she supports students by helping ensuring each student has their basic needs met and creates a calm, positive environment where they can reset and succeed throughout the day. Kourtnay is passionate about working with students and values building strong, supportive connections.
Outside of school, she is a proud mom of three, and wife. She runs on Pepsi, chaos, and a good sense of humor. When she’s not keeping up with her crew (including a German Shepherd and a Golden Retriever), she’s dreaming about her next cruise.
