Andrew Lillie - Principal
About Me
I grew up in Hiawatha, Kansas and graduated from Kansas State University, where I earned my degree in Secondary Education. I began my career as a high school science teacher, spending eight years in the classroom at Atchison High School. I received my master’s degree in School Administration from Benedictine College and served as an elementary assistant principal at Atchison Elementary School for three years. I joined the SES family in Fall of 2023 as principal.
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our three children. My educational philosophy is centered on preparing students for the next steps in their lives. I believe schools should provide students with strong academic foundations while also helping them develop the character, confidence, and skills they need to be successful in whatever comes next.
