Mrs. Buessing is a Speech-Language Pathologist for Preschool through 12^th grade, primarily at Axtell Public School.  She has been in education for approximately 15 years.  Mrs. Buessing is a member of the Autism Interdisciplinary Team (AIT) with Holton Special Education Cooperative and a member of the Student Intervention Team (SIT) at Axtell Public School.

Mrs. Buessing graduated from Nemaha Valley High School in 1997.  She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language-Hearing in 2001 and her Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology in 2003, both from the University of Kansas.  Prior to working for the Holton Special Education Cooperative, she worked for the Marshall County Special Education Cooperative from 2003 to 2012.

Mrs. Buessing lives in rural Beattie with her husband, Dale, and their three children, Mitchell, Grant, and Avery.  She enjoys following her children's activities and cheering on the KU Jayhawks.
