Mr. Bauerle teaches the Agriculture education classes intro to Ag., Animal Science, Plant and Soil Science and Agriculture Mechanics. He also coaches several Judging teams including, Leadership School, Livestock, Horse, Dairy Cattle, Dairy foods, Food science, Ag. Mechanics and many others. He is also the sponsor of FFA.

Mr. Bauerle's first teaching position is here in Sabetha. He was a student teacher in Neodesha, Kansas, and during college he taught several lessons all across the State at different schools. While managing the Kansas State University Sheep and Meat Goat research unit. He also was a member of the 2010 Animal Science and Industry Academic Quadrathalon Champion team at Kansas State University. 

Mr. Bauerle grew up on his family's 3rd generation farm where they had cattle, sheep, horses and chickens. Mr. Bauerle enjoys working with 4-H and FFA members, with their SAE's and 4-H livestock projects. He also enjoys working on his family's farm managing their sheep flock and cattle herd.

He is married to Katherine Bauerle who is currently the Nemaha Valley Community Hospital Laboratory. They have two daughters Maria and Sophia they currently live on the 3rd generation family farm outside of Sabetha.
